Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel from one of our events we need five days written notice to the Secretary and a £5 cancellation fee will be applied to cover our costs incurred. If you cancel with less than five days notice, where we have committed numbers to the venue, we will attempt to only apply the £5 cancellation fee but cannot guarantee the size of refund since we are at the discretion of the shooting ground.
